Each wire batch undergoes comprehensive testing to meet or exceed industry standards.
Extrusion & Drawing
The extruder melts the insulation material and coats it around the conductor, forming the insulation layer. The size of the extrusion die determines the thickness of the insulation layer. Employing precision dies, we meticulously shape and size the wire for exceptional consistency.
Annealing and Heat Treatment
Controlled annealing of copper enhances its ductility and conductivity The insulation is exposed to elevated temperatures, ranging from 150°C to 250°C. This enhances the thermal and mechanical properties of the insulation material, making it more robust and resistant to high temperatures.
Selection of Raw Materials
Copper: Annealed bare copper, Purity 99.99%, Conductivity 100%.
PVC: Heat & Fire Retardant, Low Smoke, Anti Rodent , Lead Free
